Research Lab

The shared lab space is in room 340E. There are 5 computers loaded with both MediaLab and DirectRT. You can log on to these computers using your Psychology department domain account. If you don't have a department domain account, you can visit the Psychology department tech support group in PS 025 to get one set up.

Reservations to use the lab can be made on an online calendar. You can view the calendar by clicking here. To reserve a time slot, simply sign in to the calendar and make a new event for your time period. You will need to log in with your OSU name.# credentials. There are a few things to keep in mind if you're planning to use the space.
1. You can sign up for times starting 2 weeks before your session (i.e., you can’t reserve, way in advance, the same day/time for the entire quarter)
2. You should only sign up for one 3-hour block of time in a row. This ensures that more than one person is able to run sessions each day. (If it gets closer to your scheduled date and no one else is using the space, you can sign up for consecutive sessions.)
3. When posting REP sessions, it is generally easiest if you indicate LZ-2nd floor as the waiting area.
